Flood Warning issued April 19 at 12:18PM CDT until April 24 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Paducah KY

…The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Illinois…Kentucky…Missouri…

Ohio River at Smithland Dam, Paducah, Olmsted Lock and Dam and
Cairo.

.Levels on the Ohio River will continue to drop, falling below flood
stage from Smithland to Cairo Tuesday through Thursday.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Ohio River at Cairo.

* WHEN…Until Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 50.0 feet, The first gate is closed at Cairo.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 12:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 50.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river will fall below flood stage early
Thursday afternoon.
– Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
