Flood Watch issued April 18 at 2:13PM CDT until April 20 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Norman OK

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible. Widespread rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches expected,
with up to 5 inches possible locally.

* WHERE…Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Coal, Comanche, Cotton,
Garfield, Garvin, Grady, Hughes, Jefferson, Johnston, Kay,
Kingfisher, Lincoln, Logan, Love, McClain, Murray, Noble,
Oklahoma, Payne, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Stephens and
Tillman and northern Texas, including the following counties,
Archer, Baylor, Clay, Wichita and Wilbarger.

* WHEN…From 7 PM CDT this evening through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
