Special Weather Statement issued April 19 at 4:30AM CDT by NWS Fort Worth TX

At 430 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Paradise to 7 miles south of Aledo.
Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Strong thunderstorms will be near…
Aurora, Boyd, White Settlement, Lake Worth, Pecan Acres, Eagle
Mountain, New Fairview, Fort Worth, Briar, and Benbrook around 435
AM CDT.
Edgecliff Village, Haslet, Sansom Park, Crowley, River Oaks, and
Saginaw around 440 AM CDT.
Burleson, Edgecliff, Rendon, Blue Mound, and Everman around 445 AM
CDT.
Justin, Kennedale, North Richland Hills, Haltom City, Forest Hill,
and Watauga around 450 AM CDT.
Denton, Roanoke, Keller, Richland Hills, Northlake, Arlington,
Mansfield, and Hurst around 455 AM CDT.
Flower Mound, Bartonville, Pantego, Euless, Corral City,
Colleyville, Bedford, Trophy Club, Argyle, and Southlake around
500 AM CDT.
Grand Prairie and Grapevine around 505 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Lake Arlington,
Keeter, Westlake, Stony, Ponder, Benbrook Lake, Lake Worth, Westover
Hills, Lakeside, and Newark.

This includes the following highways…
Interstate 35 between mile markers 468 and 474.
Interstate 35W between mile markers 37 and 85.
Interstate 35E between mile markers 461 and 466.
Interstate 20 between mile markers 416 and 452.
Interstate 30 between mile markers 1 and 30.
