Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2   Meteorological Summary: Scattered shower and thunderstorm development expected once again across the Sunshine State, courtesy of our typical summertime pattern.  Greater rain chances reside across North Florida as thunderstorms maximize in coverage and intensity this afternoon (45-70% chance of rain). Any thunderstorm could be strong to locally severe and capable of producing frequent lightning, gusty winds (45-60 mph), and very heavy downpours. Nuisance flooding and ponding water within urban and low-lying/poor drainage areas cannot be ruled out; quick 2-4" of rainfall possible within any thunderstorm. Hot and
