Flood Advisory issued April 19 at 7:01PM AST until April 19 at 9:00PM AST by NWS San Juan PR

* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following
counties, Arecibo, Barceloneta, Florida, Manati and Vega Baja.

* WHEN…Until 900 PM AST.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over
roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 701 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Arecibo, Florida, Barceloneta, Manati, Vega Baja, Ceiba, La
Alianza, Imbery, Pajonal, La Luisa, Bajadero, Coto Norte,
Miranda, Monserrate, Bufalo, Tiburones, Sabana Hoyos,
Garrochales, Animas and Tierras Nuevas Poniente.
