* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following
counties, Bourbon, Cherokee and Crawford and Missouri, including
the following counties, Barton, Jasper and Vernon.

* WHEN…Until 700 PM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1255 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.

Girard, Frontenac, Galena, Arma, Liberal, Cherokee, Weir,

Mineral, Fulton, Redfield, Treece, Hepler, Marmaton, Lowell,
