Flood Advisory issued April 20 at 3:14AM CDT until April 20 at 7:45AM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest Arkansas, including the following
counties, Benton, Crawford and Washington AR and Oklahoma,
including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee and Delaware.

* WHEN…Until 745 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 312 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Estimates between 0.5 and 1.5
inches of rain have fallen over the past three hours.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
