* IMPACTS…At 29.0 feet, Minor over bank is flooding is occurring
along the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 29.8 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to 30.5 feet
Wednesday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
– Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
