* WHAT…Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of South Central and Southeast Kansas, including
the following counties, in South Central Kansas, Cowley. In
Southeast Kansas, Allen, Chautauqua, Elk, Labette, Montgomery,
Neosho and Wilson.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in minor flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– While widespread flooding concerns are unlikely, additional
scattered showers and thunderstorms through the afternoon may
produce localized minor flooding concerns, especially over
southeast Kansas where two to four inches of rain has
occurred the past few days.
