* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and
Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Adair, Cherokee, Choctaw, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Haskell,
Latimer, Le Flore, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee,
Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha, Rogers,
Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK.

* WHEN…Through this evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Areas of heavy rainfall will continue this morning and early
this afternoon, with additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches
possible. Given the rainfall that has already occurred since
Friday, areas of flash flooding and mainstem river flooding
remain likely to result.
