* WHAT…Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of South Central and Southeast Kansas, including
the following counties, in South Central Kansas, Cowley. In
Southeast Kansas, Allen, Chautauqua, Elk, Labette, Montgomery,
Neosho and Wilson.

* WHEN…Through this evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Showers and thunderstorms will expand across the region
through this afternoon. Pockets of very heavy rainfall could
produce localized minor flooding.
