Flood Advisory issued April 20 at 7:40PM CDT until April 20 at 10:45PM CDT by NWS Houston/Galveston TX

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
counties, Montgomery, San Jacinto and Walker.

* WHEN…Until 1045 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 740 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Conroe, Willis, Panorama Village, New Waverly, Lake Conroe
Dam and Evergreen.
