Flood Advisory issued April 21 at 5:02PM CDT until April 21 at 8:15PM CDT by NWS New Orleans LA

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast Louisiana, including the following
parishes, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Livingston, St.
Helena, Tangipahoa and West Feliciana and southern Mississippi,
including the following counties, Amite and Pike.

* WHEN…Until 815 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 502 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Zachary, Jackson, Clinton, Liberty, Greensburg, Slaughter,
Darlington, Felps, Easleyville, Gillsburg and Pride.
