* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of southeast Louisiana, including the following
parishes, Ascension, East Baton Rouge, Iberville and West Baton
Rouge.

* WHEN…Until 545 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 339 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Baton Rouge, Port Allen, Oak Hills Place, Westminster,
Inniswold, Village St. George, Gardere, Merrydale,
Shenandoah, Old Jefferson, Brownfields, Prairieville and
Baton Rouge Airport.
