…The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Wisconsin…

Yellow River at Babcock affecting Wood County.

For the Yellow River…including Babcock…Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Yellow River at Babcock.

* WHEN…From late tonight to Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 14.0 feet, Widespread flooding is occurring in wooded
lowland and agricultural areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 6.8 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
just after midnight tonight to a crest of 13.7 feet tomorrow
morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
afternoon.
– Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
13.7 feet on 06/28/1998.
