Kentucky…Illinois…Indiana…

Ohio River at Golconda, J.T. Myers Dam, and Shawneetown

.The Ohio river levels continue to fall and will fall below flood
stage at Golconda this evening, J.T. Myers tomorrow morning, and
Shawneetown Thursday afternoon.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and the river will fall below
flood stage Thursday afternoon.

* WHERE…Ohio River at Shawneetown.

* WHEN…Until late Thursday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 38.8 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Thursday afternoon and continue falling to 20.3 feet Friday,
May 02.
– Flood stage is 33.0 feet.
