expected.

* WHERE…Upper Hood River Valley.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 9 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The coldest temperatures are forecast above
1000 feet elevation, between Odell and Parkdale.

West winds will increase to 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 25 mph this morning into this afternoon. Meanwhile, minimum RH values will fall to 20 to 30 percent. Any areas with dry grasses or vegetation will be susceptible to elevated fire weather conditions. Check with the MN DNR or your local county before attempting any outdoor burning.
