Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2   Meteorological Summary: Dense Fog conditions  across the western Panhandle will gradually lift and dissipate throughout the morning hours. A stalled front to the north will help increase rain chances slightly along and north of the I-10 corridor this afternoon, especially with the help of the sea breeze moving inland across the Suwannee Valley and Northeast Florida (10-25% chance of rain). There may be a slight chance for embedded rumbles of thunder along the I-10 corridor and across northern Northeast Florida during the peak heating hours of the
