There are Hyperlinks all throughout the brochure, so please feel free to experiment with them.  This pdf electronic brochure was also viewed on and successfully tested (multiple hyperlinks) with a non-government android cell phone.

This brochure (currently revised on 4/15/25) is good as long as the listed links continue to be correct/available of course.
