* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of southwest Oklahoma, including the following
county, Comanche.

* WHEN…Until 630 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 420 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms where 1 and 2 inches of rain has fallen. Minor
flooding is expected.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Lawton, Medicine Park, Fort Sill, and the eastern portion of
the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.
