* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Mississippi River above Tiptonville.

* WHEN…Until late tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS…At 39.0 feet, In Tennessee, water begins to flood
Tiptonville Ferry Road, Barr Road, and the farmland east of
Tiptonville Ferry Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 11:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 38.4 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below minor flood
stage Thursday.
