Winter Weather Advisory issued April 24 at 3:53AM MDT until April 24 at 4:00PM MDT by NWS Billings MT

* WHAT…Wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations 1 to 3 inches.
Greatest accumulations will be over higher hills and passes.

* WHERE…Carter and Powder River.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM MDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…A period of wet snow, possibly intense at times, will
reduce visibility to under 3 miles and cause slushy roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Expect rain to change to snow early today
with a period of intense wet snowfall possible.
