Flash Flood Warning issued April 24 at 8:20PM EDT until April 24 at 10:00PM EDT by NWS Columbia SC

At 820 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges continue to
show light to moderate rainfall across the warned area. However,
runoff from earlier heavy rainfall will continue to cause flash
flooding.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE…Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include…
Barnwell, Blackville, Barnwell State Park, Hilda, Snelling and
Barnwell County Airport.
