Flood Advisory issued April 25 at 6:19PM EDT until April 25 at 7:15PM EDT by NWS Detroit/Pontiac MI

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following
counties, Genesee, Lapeer and St. Clair.

* WHEN…Until 715 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 619 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Flint, Lapeer, Grand Blanc, Davison, Imlay City, Almont,
Yale, Capac, Burton, Swartz Creek, Hadley, Linden, Goodrich,
Memphis, Dryden, Metamora, Gaines, Emmett, Lum and Lake
Fenton.
