Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued April 24 at 7:41PM CDT until April 24 at 8:15PM CDT by NWS Amarillo TX

At 741 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 16 miles southeast
of Spearman, moving east at 30 mph.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR NE HUTCHINSON.

HAZARD…Three inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT…People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
siding, and vehicles.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Hutchinson, southeastern Hansford, northwestern Roberts
and southwestern Ochiltree Counties.
