HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning
is possible.

Sandy Springs, Buena Vista in Scioto County, Vanceburg, Carrs,
Tannery, Kinniconick, Rectorville, Epworth, Ribolt, Charters,
Tollesboro, Rome, Garrison, Stricklett, Glen Springs, Rexton, Herron
Hill, and Camp Dix.
