Flash Flood Warning issued April 25 at 7:41PM MDT until April 25 at 10:30PM MDT by NWS Albuquerque NM

At 741 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain ended across the warned area. Between 1 and 6 inches of rain
have already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches
are possible in the warned area as additional rain showers and
thunderstorms cross between 740 and 840 PM. Flash flooding is
probably ongoing.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include…
Mainly rural areas of Northeastern Curry and Southeastern Quay
Counties.

Drainages impacted include Trujillo Creek and Arroyo del Puerto.
