Flash Flood Warning issued April 25 at 8:32PM CDT until April 25 at 9:15PM CDT by NWS Lubbock TX

At 832 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a stationary severe
thunderstorms producing very heavy rain in north of Smyer. Between 4
and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1
to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
already occurring.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, highways,
streets and other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
