Flood Advisory issued April 25 at 5:52PM MDT until April 25 at 8:45PM MDT by NWS Albuquerque NM

* WHAT…Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of east central New Mexico, including the
following counties, northeastern Curry and southeastern Quay.

* WHEN…Until 845 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 551 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms near Wheatland, Grady and Broadview. This will
cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2
inches of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Grady and Wheatland.
