…The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in
Arkansas…Tennessee…Mississippi…

Mississippi River at Memphis

For the Lower Mississippi River…including Tiptonville,
Caruthersville, Osceola, Memphis, Tunica Mhoon Landing, Helena…
elevated river levels are forecast.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Mississippi River at Memphis.

* WHEN…Until Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 33.0 feet, In Memphis, Rivergate Drive could begin to
flood north of the rail yards. In Arkansas, settlement at Blue
Lake is flooded. Most secondary roads east of the Arkansas Levee
are covered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 33.3 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall to 8.7 feet Friday,
May 16.
– Action stage is 28.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
