* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Bryan, Carter, Comanche, Cotton, Greer, Harmon, Jackson,
Jefferson, Johnston, Kiowa, Love, Marshall, Murray, Stephens and
Tillman and northern Texas, including the following counties,
Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman, Knox, Wichita and Wilbarger.

* WHEN…From 1 AM CDT Saturday through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Heavy rainfall from thunderstorms may lead to localized flash
flooding across the watch area.
