Special Weather Statement issued April 25 at 9:11PM EDT by NWS Wilmington OH

At 911 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Lynchburg,
moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and very heavy rain.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning
is possible.

Locations impacted include…
Russell, Leesburg, New Vienna, Hillsboro, Samantha, Lynchburg, and
Highland.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.
