Special Weather Statement issued April 26 at 12:34PM CDT by NWS Grand Forks ND

Relative humidity values will drop to around 20-25% percent along
with southeasterly winds between 10 and 15 mph across northwest
Minnesota this afternoon. Given the dry fuels, near critical fire
weather conditions are expected for the afternoon. Any fire that
does develop has the potential to quickly spread.
