The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Tornado Warning for…
East central Ocean County in southern New Jersey…

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 529 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Beachwood, or near Toms River, moving east at 25
mph.

HAZARD…Tornado.

SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include…
Beachwood, Seaside Heights, Island Heights, Dover Beaches South,
and Toms River.

This includes Garden State Parkway between mile markers 78 and 80.
