* WHAT…Blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Visibility
to one-half mile expected.

* WHERE…Central Beaufort Sea Coast and Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM AKDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday
evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
