Flood Warning issued April 26 at 7:37PM AST until April 26 at 10:00PM AST by NWS San Juan PR

* WHAT…Flooding caused by flood waters from Rio Blanco.

* WHERE…Naguabo.

* WHEN…Until 1000 PM AST.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect
many areas of slow moving or standing water. It will take several
hours for all the water from these storms to work through local
drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 734 PM AST, Emergency managers reported that flood waters
from Rio Blanco continue to affect roads PR-191 and PR-31,
near exit towards highway PR-53. Although USGS river sensors
indicated that the river is no longer in flood stage, the
road remains impassable. As a result, the road remains closed
until flood waters recede. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen
upstream.
