Areas of fog will reduce the visibility to one half mile or less
in parts of southwest and south central North Dakota this morning.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities,
and should use extra caution traveling. Use low beam headlights
and be extra cautious at intersections and railroad crossings.

The fog will dissipate by mid to late morning today.

FFWSJU The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Carolina County in Puerto Rico... * Until midnight AST tonight. * At 929 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing and local emergency managers reported flood waters from Quebrada Blafina affecting portions of road PR-887 near Plaza Carolina. The road is currently impassable. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar.

Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 749 PM AST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
