* WHAT…Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph. The
strong winds will develop early this morning from Show Low to
Springerville and then spread northward to St Johns, Winslow, and
Holbrook after 9 AM MST.

* WHERE…Little Colorado River Valley in Apache County, Little
Colorado River Valley in Navajo County, and White Mountains.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM MST /8 PM MDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles.
