Coastal Flood Advisory issued April 28 at 12:24PM EDT until April 28 at 11:00PM EDT by NWS Charleston SC

* WHAT…For the High Rip Current Risk, dangerous rip currents.
For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one half foot of
inundation above ground level expected along shorelines and
tidal waterways (9.4 to 9.6 feet Mean Lower Low Water at Fort
Pulaski).

* WHERE…Coastal Bryan, Coastal Chatham, Coastal Liberty and
Coastal McIntosh Counties.

* WHEN…For the High Rip Current Risk, until 8 PM EDT this
evening. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from 7 PM to 11 PM
EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Saltwater inundation will impact some roads. Rip
currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into
deeper water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…High tide will occur around 9:32 PM today
at Fort Pulaski. Saltwater inundation will be possible 1 to 2
hours before and after high tide.
