* WHAT…Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE…Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and
central, northeast, northern, southeast, southern, and western
West Virginia.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Rural valley locations will be most
susceptible to frost formation. Subfreezing temperatures could
occur in some of the typically coldest valley locations.
