Special Weather Statement issued April 27 at 5:44PM EDT by NWS Charleston WV

The combination of a dry air mass, mostly clear skies, and light
winds will allow temperatures to quickly cool tonight. Mid to
upper 30s are possible in rural valleys and outlying locations
late tonight and early Monday morning, leading to the potential
for patchy frost formation. If frost occurs, sensitive plants and
vegetation may be damaged. Locations near large bodies of water or
on ridgetops will remain warmer and will not have frost.
