* WHAT…Blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Point Lay and nearby portions of the Western Arctic
Coastline.

* WHEN…Until noon AKDT Monday.

* IMPACTS…Blowing snow significantly reducing visibility to a half
mile.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Blowing snow and poor visibility is expected
to subside Monday afternoon. However, strong easterly winds and
blowing snow potential returns on Tuesday and may persist through
Friday.
