Flood Advisory issued April 29 at 12:38PM HST until April 29 at 3:30PM HST by NWS Honolulu HI

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall.

* WHERE…The island of Oahu in Honolulu County.

* WHEN…Until 330 PM HST.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in
streams.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1231 PM HST, radar indicated areas of moderate to heavy
showers persistently developing over areas east of the
Waianae Mountains. With the heavier showers, rain was falling
at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour. Additional areas of
heavy rain is possible through this evening.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Honolulu, Waipio, Waiahole, Waikane, Pearl City, Aiea,
Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Halawa, Mililani, Waikele, Wahiawa,
Moanalua, Salt Lake, Kaaawa, Waipahu, Wheeler Field, Kunia,
Punaluu and Kalihi.
