For the Lower Mississippi River…including Tiptonville,
Caruthersville, Osceola, Memphis, Tunica Mhoon Landing, Helena…
Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Mississippi River at Tunica Mhoon Landing.

* WHEN…Until early Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 32.0 feet, In Mississippi, Lake Road in Nel-Win Camp
is flooding. Fields on Fox Island are flooding. In Arkansas, the
road from the levee to the sport shooting camp west of the old
Harrah’s Casino site is covered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 31.8 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:00 PM CDT Monday was 33.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 10.3 feet
Monday, May 19.
– Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
