* WHAT…Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…A portion of Southeast Kansas, including the following
counties, Chautauqua, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho and Wilson.

* WHEN…Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in minor flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Off-and-on showers and thunderstorms are expected early this
morning through early Thursday. Locally heavy rainfall is
possible, which may support minor flooding of typical flood-
prone areas, along with modest rises on area rivers, streams,
and creeks.
