Special Weather Statement issued April 29 at 3:35PM EDT by NWS Indianapolis IN

At 335 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms 8 miles northwest of Washington, or 14 miles northeast
of Vincennes, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Edwardsport, Vincennes University, Elnora, Bicknell, Freelandville,
Sandborn, Plainville, Bruceville, and Vincennes.
