Special Weather Statement issued April 29 at 5:03AM CDT by NWS Duluth MN

Strong northerly winds will continue early this morning with gusts
of 45 to 55 mph along a portion of the North Shore, roughly from
Grand Portage to Taconite Harbor. The strongest gusts will occur
near the lake. Expect the winds to decrease between 7 and 10 AM.
