Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary:   Fog will linger across portions of the western Panhandle before gradually dissipating throughout the morning hours. Mostly dry conditions can be expected to return throughout most of the state as high pressure settles in over the western Atlantic.
