* At 929 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible
in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing and local emergency
managers reported flood waters from Quebrada Blafina affecting
portions of road PR-887 near Plaza Carolina. The road is currently
impassable.
