Flood Advisory issued April 29 at 7:49PM AST until April 29 at 10:00PM AST by NWS San Juan PR

* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall and
runoff continues.

* WHERE…Utuado.

* WHEN…Until 1000 PM AST.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways.
Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are
elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or
is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 749 PM AST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Up to 4
inches of rain have fallen.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Utuado and Cayuco.
